meadows and pastures are strongly exposed to strain by
skier, snowboarders and lugers especially during the winter season.
Often the grass scar is completely destroyed thereby.
The destroy of the grass scar, however, entails the risk of erosion
which can lead in the worst case to a slipping of the slopes.
Erosion protection
For this reason it is very important to see that the meadows and
pastures are regenerated during the short summer season. A
regeneration is, however, only possible if the grasses and herbs are
supplied with sufficient nutrients. Even the component of nutrients
in humused surfaces are not enough for grasses.
MALTaflor alpin has a quickly
flowing component with 10% ratio of total nitrogen as well as a
slowly flowing component with 90% ratio of total nitrogen. The
slowly flowing components ensure that the fertilizer will not be
washed out from the sowing until the development of the grasses and
herbs. The strongly afforestation and root-promoting effect of the
malt sprouts containing in Maltaflor alpin helps to achieve a
fast scar end and improve the strain of the surface. |
